I could write a fluff piece bragging about myself but what good does that do? There are so many agents out there you can choose from. Ones that have the pretty face or the biggest ads on billboards or the ones that your friend told you sold every home in your subdivision. What sets me apart from the rest? Why pick me as your agent and what services will I offer you? I think that if you could poll my previous clients the thing you will learn about me is that I get to know you. You become my family. I genuinely care about my clients, not the commission. Yes, I am that agent that once gave up a client that I had shown many homes to and encouraged her to apply for Habitat for Humanity and she got it. It was what was best for HER. I hear you and want what's best for you. I have worked so hard to take extra classes in the real estate world to make me the best of the best education wise. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Seller Residential Specialist as well have my Pricing Specialist Accreditation, and more. I didn't do all this because I am an overachiever, I did this to do the best job for my clients to better serve them. I answer my calls. I answer those late texts. Most of all, I think I play therapist. I am a Mom of 3 and a good listener. Selling or buying a home can be a stressful event and even though there may be snags, I handle that. That's my job. My job is for you to just enjoy picking out those curtains or that tractor for your new home (just don't buy them till you close my friends)! My clients get my full attention and sometimes you will find me toting my two daughters with me because my family is right there with me. I am a native 5th generation Montanan. I had one Grandpa that owned one of the biggest ranches in Southwest Montana at one time and another Grandpa that had a large wheat farm on the Highline. I have done professional photography for a number of years so my listings always come with a level of perfection as far as presentation. I spend the money to advertise your property. Your property isn't just going to be an internet ad, you are going to be seen everywhere including PRINT. It's still a thing and I spend money on it. If your home needs staged (vacant), I offer that for free with a professional staging company which is about a $2,000 value to you, my client. I put you first. I know you. I show up to all my closings, you are never alone. I talk to your lender, I talk to the home inspector, I talk to the appraisers. They all know me and hear from me many times throughout the process to make sure I catch hiccups before they become an issue. I serve on a Land Planning Committee so I can learn about subdivisions coming to our area and the pros and cons of them so I can educate YOU. I never forget a name, a face or a client.
